npsphotos License Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you and nps photos, covering your use of photographs, images, and content (the "Images"). All "Images” are subject to the terms of the license agreement. By purchasing and downloading the "Images” you are agreeing to the terms of this license so please read it carefully before continuing.
Outline of the license terms:
You may not lease, sell or re-distribute any "Images”.
All "Images” are provided for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
Commercial use is governed by a separate Commercial Agreement and fee.
This agreement allows you to print up to 1000 copies of each "Images” for personal use.
All "Images” are provided as is.
The metadata contained within the "Images” cannot be removed however you may add additional metadata to the "Images”.
You may make modifications to the Images but the original license agreement will remain in force for the modified Image. If you violate any part of this agreement, your right to use the Image terminates automatically and you must then destroy all copies of the Image in your possession.
BY PURCHASING THE "IMAGES”, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT PURCHASE THE "IMAGES”.
The "Images” are owned by nps photos and protected by Australian copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the "Images” like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording).
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Victoria Australia. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
The Images are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS as described in the License Agreement.
